Every effort will be made to ensure the Conference catering is varied, nutritional and inclusive of differing tastes. Please note that if special meals need to be prepared outside the ability of the catering companies, a surcharge may apply.

Voting Delegate Status

Please confirm your voting status here. Details of voting entitlements for each council can be viewed HERE. Please ensure your council has approved this delegates voting status and that the status is confirmed before 23 September 2025. All nominations will be cross checked prior to the Conference.
