• All prices are listed in Australian dollars and include GST.
• A credit card is required to complete your registration. Payments can be made using the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express.
• If you do not have a credit card for payment of your registration, please email vanessa@eventfrog.com.au prior to commencing the registration process to organise an invoice. All invoices MUST be paid within 7 days.
• It is a condition of registration that full payment is received prior to the commencement of the Meeting. If full payment is not received, delegates will not be admitted.
• Once you have completed the details on each page, click NEXT to proceed to the next section. Please use proper case for names and company/organisation names (e.g. John Smith, ABC Pty Ltd). 
• An automated email confirmation will be sent to the nominated email address upon completing the registration and payment. If you do not receive this email within 15 minutes, please check your spam/junk folder and if it has not been received, please contact our office.

Cancellations
All cancellations and amendments must be sent in writing to the Secretariat. The following cancellation charges apply:

• Cancellations received on or prior to 15 August 2023: Full Refund 
• Cancellations received on and between 16 August 2023 - event date: No refund. As an alternative to cancellation, your registration may be transferred to another person without penalty.
