Rob Flux

As the Owner & Founder of Property Developer Network and Development Sites Australia, Rob Flux runs the largest national network of novice Property Developers with a combined community of over 20,000 people Australia wide.

Rob has a personal goal to set 1,000 people financially free by the year 2030 and he's doing this through a combination of monthly networking events in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Adelaide, multiple online Facebook communities, live training events, a development sites platform, and a 12 month education program to support novice developers throughout their journey.

Having started initially as 5 mates sitting around Rob's kitchen table, the group grew very quickly and went public way back in August 2012. Since this humble beginning in Brisbane, Property Developer Network is now the largest Property Networking group in the country, with 4 cities running regular monthly events sharing knowledge from Industry Experts, Real Deals from within the community, and a unique masterminding experience replicating that early kitchen table experience.

Development Sites Australia is the newest addition to Rob's repertoire and was born from the common frustrations heard on a daily basis from community members, local agents, vendors and buyers alike, who are all searching for a better, faster and more full proof method to support their property needs and unlock profits otherwise untapped.

Rob has built quite a reputation of helping to kick start people’s Property Development careers, having seen a number of community members leave their day jobs to transition to full time Property Development, and many more who are well on their way.

His philosophy is simple, individually we are limited to solving our problems by our own worldly experience, but collectively together we can solve most of the problems that people are likely to experience in Property Development, and all progress forward collectively.

Adem Hyssoli

Imagine a curious, big-picture strategist, a customer focussed operations specialist and an empathetic, authentic talent coach coming together to solve your businesses biggest problems. That’s what Adem, as a leader brings to an executive or founding team.
Having worked in corporate and start-up engine rooms for more than half his career, he understands that turning big ideas into sustainable, client centric businesses take a lot of humility, great people, flexible systems, and a little bit of magic (we can’t share all the secrets).
This shows up practically as leveraging decades of CX, Operations, and Transformation elbow grease to bring fresh perspective - helping others to think differently about recurring or emerging problems and then taking large amounts of detail and distilling it into digestible insights for decision making.
It might also surface by bringing others along the journey of change by connecting the dots between ambition and reality in a clear and unassuming way that creates momentum and propels confidence and capability for others to take ownership.
A systems thinker – it allows Adem to balance delivering big ideas and ambition with the detail and care required to transform core functional capabilities at the ground level to get it done - not as easy as it might seem.
With a track record of building simple, efficient, value-creating Operations Hubs supported by digital innovation – translating hypothetical visions into actionable roadmaps that deliver robust commercial outcomes with the customer at its heart.

Allan Romaniuk

After almost 40 years in the property profession, culminating as the National Property Standards Training Manager at JLL before retirement in December 2021.

While playing bad golf and drinking good wine is a somewhat ideal lifestyle, I found there to be a vacuum that needed filling. Coincidentally, I was approached by Prof Chris Leishman to join the faculty at UniSA Business School, and help provide some real world insights into the academic forum.

I feel truly blessed to be thought of as qualified to take on this responsibility. And while certainly challenging, it is proving to be the ideal segue.

My current role as Lecturer at UniSA in the Bachelor of Business (Property) degree is enabling me to add value to the students' learning, and hopefully creating students that are closer to 'job ready' than before I started.
