As placemakers, we work on infill, greenfield and regional projects, addressing global challenges such as sustainability, climate change, and accessible housing at a local level. 

In the last year, our team has received national recognition for our work in delivering the highly sustainable Nightingale Ballarat project as well as the Seven Mile Beach community consultation project in Tasmania. Our team was also recognised by PIA as the WA Small Consultancy of the Year, with two of our team also receiving commendations in the Young Planner of the Year and Student Projects categories. 

The Niche team are increasingly aware and impacted by the lack of affordable housing available across the country. Nightingale Housing is a great example of an enterprise working to combat this issue whilst also addressing sustainability in their projects.
