When and where is the National Transport Conference?
The National Transport Conference will be hosted at the Crown Perth from Monday 12 – 14 August 2024.
The Conference Dinner will be hosted at Optus Stadium - approximately a 20 minute (1km) walk from the Crown Perth.

What is the dress code?
The National Transport Conference dress code is business casual.
The Conference Dinner dress code is Business Casual / After 5. If you are walking from the Crown complex to Optus Stadium, comfortable shoes are recommended.

Do I need a 'physical ticket' to attend the National Transport Conference?
All guests registered to attend the National Transport Conference will receive a name badge at arrival. This name badge is your ticket to the Conference, it will highlight your ticket type and the details about the networking events you are also registered for.
What time does the registration desk open?
The National Transport Conference Registration and Information desk will be open from 7.30am each day throughout the Conference in the foyer of the Grand Ballrooms at Crown, Perth. Please allow extra time on Day 1 (Monday 12 August) to pick up your name badge.
If I am at Crown for the Conference on Tuesday, how do I get to the Conference Dinner?
If you’d like to walk over to the Conference Dinner with a few other conference attendees, then meet us at the Crown Grand Ballroom foyer at 6pm where volunteers will be around to chaperone you to Optus Stadium. It is approximately a 20 minute (1km) walk between venues so please wear comfortable shoes.
If you are wanting to head to the dinner at an alternative time or via Rideshare, please enter through Gate D of Optus Stadium and up to the Level 1 external concourse via the lift or staircase. Follow the concourse to the left and enter through Western Entrance 7 or 8. Once inside the Stadium make a right turn, follow the internal concourse and take another right turn towards lifts, escalators or stairs up to level 3. There will be digital wayfinding screens within Optus Stadium to help direct you.
