If you select a 1 or 2-day pass, you will need to indicate the day you want to attend the conference. Your Conference Pass will be restricted to attendance on the selected. The National Transport Conference Welcome Event will be held on Monday 12 August, the Conference Gala Dinner will be held on Tuesday 13 August and the Conference Closing Drinks will be held on Wednesday 14 August. Please ensure you consider this when selecting your tickets or day of attendance.

Speaker Registrations
Conference speakers are entitled to register at the discounted speaker rate. Speakers who have been successful via Call for Abstracts must register via the speaker registration portal to take advantage of this rate. Speakers must be registered and paid in full to present at the conference.
Cancellation of Registration
All notifications of cancellation must be received in writing by the AITPM National Secretariat. Cancellation up to 28 days prior to the commencement of the National Conference will be eligible for a full refund, less an administration fee of $100. Cancellations received between 27 days and 8 days of the commencement of the conference will be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellation within 7 days of the conference will not be eligible for a refund.
Please note that an attendance substitution can be made in writing at any time for a registrant at an equivalent or lesser value. A substitution to an attendance at a higher value will incur the cost of the difference between the two registration rates.
Privacy Policy
By registering to attend the 2024 AITPM National Transport Conference, you agree to the terms and conditions listed in the Australian Institute of Traffic Planning and Management's (AITPM) Privacy Policy. By registering, you acknowledge that your registration information may be shared with AITPM Branch volunteers, conference organisers, venue and catering providers and conference partners, for the purpose of providing ongoing conference administration and reporting services. Disclaimer of liability
The AITPM will not accept any liability for damages of any nature sustained by participants of their accompanying persons or loss of or damage to their personal property as a result of the AITPM National Transport Conference or related events.
Insurance
The AITPM confirms that the delegate registration fees do not in any way include insurance cover. It is recommended that delegates consider their individual travel and health insurance requirements prior to making travel arrangements to the National Transport Conference.
Media and Photography
By registering for this conference, you accept that various events may be photographed, video or audio recorded and that this content may be used by AITPM at its discretion on website, social media, newsletters or other promotional material.
