SUPPORTER & STUDY TOUR SPONSOR

The Government of South Australia is committed to developing a smart, sustainable and inclusive economy that is fit for the future and ensures everyone can enjoy a higher standard of living. We cannot achieve our ambitions as a state without an integrated approach to utilising one of our most critical assets – land.

Land provides the space for new business and emerging industry as well as the homes and communities of the people who power our economy – now and into the future.

As the state government’s property development agency, Renewal SA’s job is to deliver impact for South Australia.

We do this through a focus on key areas including increasing the amount and availability of affordable housing, creating connected and sustainable communities, accelerating the supply of housing in our regions, unlocking land for industrial and commercial developments and contributing meaningfully to the reduction of carbon emissions to reach the government’s target of net carbon zero by 2050.

We have a substantial and expanding stable of properties and projects to support South Australia’s continued growth. We are delivering residential projects across the metropolitan area either as master developer or with our development partners, and through the new Office for Regional Housing within Renewal SA we are undertaking to deliver more homes in select regional areas.

We are supporting the delivery of South Australian innovation districts, Lot Fourteen and Tonsley Innovation District, and are delivering industrial and employment land projects supporting business growth and defence developments across Adelaide.

Our portfolio includes significant land holdings and property assets. In Adelaide CBD we are delivering and managing several civic projects and assets such as Adelaide Railway Station and Festival Plaza which are improving public realm, retail offerings and the amenity that will encourage more people to visit and spend time here.

The broad skill set, and expertise of our people means we are tasked with projects of state significance. We are committed to delivering in partnership with the public and private sectors, to engaging with our communities and to reconciliation with First Nations peoples.

We’re working to ensure that all South Australians can feel the benefits of a strong economy.
